The compensator is also customarily called expansion joint, consisting of bellows, end pipe, bracket, flange and conduit and other accessories that constitute its working body, while the traditional compensator and different working pipes are not connected to each other in a stable way, which can easily lead to the loosening of the compensator and working pipes after a long time of use, while the traditional compensator only uses a group of bellows, resulting in poor compensation effect, for this reason, we propose an external pressure type axial compensator.In the design of the axial external pressure type waveform compensator, usually need to design and check the structural accessories are bellows receiver, guide tube, outer sleeve, inner core tube, ring plate transport bolts, etc.. In the design of these structural accessories, there are many factors to be considered, such as: working pressure, working temperature, materials, the structure of each structural accessory size, etc. After other conditions are determined, the larger the specification of the waveform compensator, the greater the working environment pressure and the higher the temperature, the greater the thickness of its structural accessories.
When the compensator bellows is used in vacuum conditions or under external pressure, in addition to the stress and fatigue life accounting, the bellows and its connected tubes need to be calibrated for external pressure circumferential stability.
