Rubber soft joint is the use of the advantages of high elasticity, high gas, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber, can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline, and can play a compensating role for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.
There are two factors affecting the tensile performance of rubber expansion joints, one is the rubber layer, followed by the polyester curtain fabric, the rubber layer of the rubber material will directly affect the elasticity of the product base, thus affecting the expansion and contraction displacement of the product. Curtain cloth is used as the main material of the rubber expansion joint, the material itself has excellent pressure and tensile properties, which can effectively reduce the cracking of the rubber raw material due to excessive expansion, thus ensuring the stable operation of the rubber expansion joint.
Rubber expansion joints are also different according to the different media used in the rubber material, there are natural rubber, butyl rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, neoprene, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber and so on. They are heat-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, oil-resistant and other functions.
