About eccentric reducing rubber expansion joint features

Dec-22-03
Eccentric reducer rubber joint is a kind of hollow rubber product used for flexible connection between metal pipes. The tubular rubber part is made of inner and outer layers of rubber, cord layer and steel wire ring vulcanized into a bendable rubber eccentric reducer rubber joint, then loosely combined with metal flange or parallel joint. It can not only reduce vibration and noise, but also compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, and is widely used in various pipeline systems.

1 . Pipe pump installation eccentric size head: used to prevent cavitation, the size of the pump inlet should generally be installed flat, this is to prevent the accumulation of gas in the pipeline in the pump mouth and the formation of large bubbles into the pump chamber, damaging the pump. Only one housing can be installed at the bottom. That is, the upward curved elbow is directly connected to the rear of the size head. In this case, the gas phase is less likely to accumulate.
2 . Pump pipe installation concentric reducer: pump outlet DN and external pipe system has a difference. For concentric reducers, a straight line connection of two pipes of different sizes can be realized to achieve a reduction in pipe diameter. Pipe fittings.
3 . The axial displacement of the eccentric reducer rubber joint is: the elongation or compression of the rubber joint along the direction of fluid flow (i.e. the direction of the central axis). The lateral displacement of the eccentric reducer rubber joint is: the displacement of the rubber joint perpendicular to the direction of fluid flow, i.e. the direction of the central axis. The angular displacement of the eccentric reducing rubber joint is: the sum of the vertical centerline of the two end faces of the rubber joint and the angle of the original central axis.
