General role of expansion jointsExpansion joints can reduce the corrosion of medium on the pipe, and at the same time improve the smoothness of the inner wall of the pipe, reduce the resistance and improve the conveying capacity. Pipeline internal corrosion prevention generally adopts amine curing epoxy resin paint and polyamide curing epoxy resin to form a protective film inside the pipe wall, which can prevent the medium from corroding the steel pipe. The construction process of corrosion prevention inside the pipeline is: rust removal ------ dust removal --------- drying ----- painting ------ curing.
When the inner diameter of the pipe is greater than 600mm, you can use manual sandblasting to remove rust, rust clean, after the dust removal, dry in compressed air blowing, the use of manual brush or spray anti-corrosion primer or top coat, curing and then to the site group welding, but the group welding weld can not be internal corrosion, individual places allowed to open hand holes in the top of the steel pipe, weld slag cleaning, and then make up a layer of anti-corrosion paint. Pipe diameter of small 500mm steel pipe, using manual anti-corrosion can not enter the rust removal and brush, oil sprayer, the new design has a rust removal trolley and spraying trolley, the trolley can spray paint inside the steel pipe.
The expansion joint should have the peripheral and internal protection measures done to enhance the extrusion resistance of the expansion joint as much as possible. When transporting, the transport company should be warned to position the expansion joint correctly, not to lie on its side, and not to suppress other items on top of the expansion joint. Add some stainless steel metal mesh sleeve to the expansion joint. It should also be noted that the expansion joint should not be thrown or knocked when loading and unloading.
1 . Check whether the flange connection standard and matching flange distance are equal.
2. Loosen the bolt and nut of the expansion pipe, adjust the expansion volume to the installed length, and connect the expansion body to the site A pipe.
3 . Twist the nut to make the expansion tube move to the site B pipe flange combination.
4 . Positive expansion pipe flange and site B pipe flange screw hole, install the bolt.
5 . Install the adjusting bolt by diagonal method to avoid pressure deflection angle and tighten.
6 . Key with diagonal method to tighten the pressure plate bolt nuts, tighten the seal between the bit and the upper plate of the expansion body, beware of leakage.
