First of all, most of the cracking is due to aging after long-term exposure to sunlight, so flexible rubber joints will appear different degrees of cracking and damage. For this situation, the solution is as follows: Try not to expose the product to the sun for wind and sunlight. If there is no way, you can wrap several layers of plastic film around the outside of the product to slow down the aging time.
 
Secondly, regarding the blistering or deformation of the rubber joint surface, first of all, it is stated that it will not affect the performance of the product and does not need to be replaced, but only needs to be checked regularly. However, if the rubber layer of the rubber joint above the outer diameter of the flange is seen to separate, the flexible rubber joint should be replaced as soon as possible.
 
Finally, explain the problem of leakage again. First, check whether the bolts are tightened. If this is ruled out, then the rubber joint ball may be damaged or the ball grinder design may be faulty. Please replace the rubber joint immediately.
