The material of rubber soft joints is vulcanized rubber. Foam is also very common. If the plastic material is parked for too long or at too high a temperature, some of the polyurethane will burn and dissolve. If the plastic material is parked for too long, it should be treated in the opposite direction. The plastic material is vulcanized too fast. Adjust the calculation of the formula, check whether the critical pressure of the vulcanization accelerator is close to the melting temperature of the foaming rubber and match each other so that the vulcanization speed matches the speed of polyurethane foaming.
Rubber ball molded parts in the vulcanization process is the product of chemical reaction with silicone rubber in the vulcanization tank through high temperature and catalytic reaction of sulfate. It is not possible to achieve a thorough cleaning effect on rubber soft joints with cleaning agents. It is necessary to sandblast the mold shell or use a metal brush to clean the mold shell. Rubber joints produce a lot of stains when vulcanizing rubber. These scaling substances are always present in the mold shell. If they accumulate for a long time, they can corrode the mold shell and affect the rubber joint. The normal appearance is formed and the surface quality is flat. Therefore, the quality of the rubber flexible joint is also related to the quality of the mold shell.
