How to improve the pressure-bearing capacity of rubber soft joints
As hollow fittings used to connect pipes, rubber soft joints have a series of characteristics such as good ductility, high pressure resistance, small volume, easy and quick installation, vibration and noise reduction, and large offset. Rubber soft joints fundamentally solve the problem of pipelines and the problem of different pipe diameters. Rubber soft joints are mostly installed at the import and export of centrifugal pumps, that is, some places where the vacuum value is relatively large. At the inlet of centrifugal pumps, in this case, rubber flexible joints encounter the possibility of being sucked flat, because in this working environment, rubber flexible joints must withstand negative pressure.
 
The pressure resistance (strength) of the rubber flexible connection is determined by the structure of the rubber flexible connection itself, and the toughness of the rubber flexible connection is determined by the material of the rubber flexible connection. The limit device is divided into three types: Type A - limit screw tightened on the pipe flange; Type B - limit screw welded on the pipe flange; both methods can limit the offset of the rubber soft connection within the range required by the customer.
