Sewage discharge is mainly domestic sewage of residents, commercial and catering industries and production wastewater of small industrial enterprises. The total volume of water is small, and the quality of sewage is mainly domestic sewage, which is easy to be treated biochemically. In some more advanced shopping mall basement sewage system, the pipeline drainage system cannot be separated from the rubber joints with vibration damping effect.
 
When choosing to use rubber joints in wastewater treatment plants, it is necessary to first confirm what pipeline the rubber joints are installed in and understand the media used in the pipeline, so as to determine what material the rubber joints should be purchased when purchasing, such as acidic and alkaline media need to choose acid and alkali resistant rubber joints. Generally, sewage treatment plants use acid and alkali resistant rubber joints when treating sewage. Aging is also easy to produce safety hazards.
 
Second, confirm the working pressure of the pipeline. The normal pipeline work will not exceed 10kg, so the purchase is usually more than 10kg or 16kg. If the pressure is determined, it can avoid the trouble caused by different pressure in later installation and use; in addition, it is especially important to confirm the nominal diameter of the pipeline; finally, the installation length of the rubber joint must be determined. Because some pipelines are newly installed, the installation length may be reserved, or the old pipeline may be replaced. In this case, it is more necessary to determine the installation length.
