How to perform hydraulic test after installation of rubber joints?Rubber joint is a hollow rubber product used for flexible connection between metal pipes. The installation length of the rubber joint should be calculated according to the outer side of the rubber sealing surface at both ends of the sphere, and the product flow direction is not restricted; it is forbidden to carry out hydraulic test when the connecting bolts of each component are not tightened; it is forbidden to open the connecting bolts between the large flanged rubber soft joint and the pipe during the test pressure and operation; it is forbidden to pre-tighten the device at a distance exceeding the natural length of the rubber joint. The pipeline needs fixed bracket or fixed bracket, and the force of fixed bracket should be greater than its axial force. When the product is installed vertically overhead, corresponding fixed brackets and force-bearing brackets need to be installed at both ends of the product to prevent pressure and tension from falling off.
