Introduction and classification of corrugated expansion joints.

Corrugated expansion joint, customarily also called compensator. It is a kind of compensation element, which consists of corrugated pipe and end pipe, bracket, flange, conduit and other accessories that constitute the main body of its work. Mainly used in a variety of pipelines, it can compensate the thermal displacement of the pipeline, mechanical deformation and absorption of various mechanical vibration, to play the role of vibration and noise reduction.
Corrugated compensator according to the displacement form classification, basically can be divided into transverse type, angular type, axial type and pressure balance type corrugated compensator.
Transverse type corrugated compensator: large tie rod transverse corrugated compensator, small tie rod transverse corrugated pipe compensator
Angular type corrugated compensator: single type hinged corrugated compensator, universal hinged corrugated compensator, compound hinged corrugated compensator
Axial type corrugated compensator: mainly internal pressure corrugated compensator, external pressure corrugated compensator, compound corrugated compensator, unconstrained corrugated compensator, direct burial corrugated compensator
Pressure-balanced corrugated compensator: straight pipe pressure-balanced corrugated compensator, curved pipe pressure-balanced corrugated compensator, internal and external pressure-balanced corrugated compensator, bypass pressure-balanced corrugated compensator
