The butterfly valve is a valve that opens and closes based on a rotary valve that drives the rotation of the disc plate. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly body, the disc rotates around the axis and rotates the plate by 90 degrees mainly. When the flow control disc reaches 90 degrees, the valve is fully open and the media flow can be adjusted by changing the angle of the valve. It is usually installed in the direction of the diameter of the pipeline. The butterfly valve and stem itself do not have the function of locking. A worm gear reducer is required for effective flow control. Butterfly valve with worm gear reducer can not only lock the butterfly valve automatically, but also change the working performance of the butterfly valve to adjust the medium flow more accurately.

5 . Good sealing performance at low pressure, the sealing surface material is generally made of rubber and plastic, and the sealing performance is good. Butterfly valve is limited by the sealing ring material, and the working pressure and working temperature range is low. But the use pressure and working temperature range of hard seal butterfly valve has been greatly improved.
