Product features and applications of Luoying rubber joints

The rubber joint has a positioning function to avoid the pipeline breaking the rubber joint due to radial outward pull or radial inward pull which destroys the sealing effect of the rubber joint. The positioning function can keep the normal operation of the rubber joint and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline. Rubber joint connecting pipe adopts flange connection, but not only the network control, flange connection is good for installation, but also for disassembly and replacement. Therefore, the flange connection not only has the connection effect, but also facilitates the assembly and the mid- and late-term replacement and maintenance. Rubber joints can compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline due to the temperature difference caused by seasonal factors. Thermal expansion absorbs pipeline deflection and thermal contraction compensates pipeline deflection. In addition, the radial interaction force is likely to act on the pipeline in the pipeline operation, and the rubber connector can digest and absorb the compensation.
The rubber connector has strict requirements. When installing the rubber connector, pay attention to the setting and bearing capacity of the support frame, and do not drag out the expansion end of the rubber connector due to the cracking of the support frame when striking; it needs to be installed by the design scheme of the technical department, otherwise the pipeline will easily go wrong. Pay attention to the setting spacing of the guide bracket. The guiding bracket should be installed in the spacing from the rubber connector, the second guiding bracket should be installed in the spacing from the rubber connector, and the third one can be set arbitrarily.
Gaoping rubber joints have strict requirements. Rubber joint is a connector to compensate for the specification change caused by thermal expansion and contraction in pipeline connection. There are two kinds of common rubber joints, one is plastic pipe rubber joint and the other is pipe rubber joint. When working, rubber joints can reduce structural transmission noise and have strong vibration-absorbing working ability; small volume, light weight, good ductility, easy installation and maintenance; radial, lateral, axial and angular offset can be formed during installation, not limited by pipeline blockage. The flange non-parallel surface can be heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, which is a dream commodity for anticorrosive pipelines in chemical plants. The main features of rubber joints are large expansion and contraction compensation, high temperature tolerance and large bearing capacity.
