1 . All normal common substances of rubber pipe joints are water with a general temperature of 0-60℃. When oil, strong acid, strong alkali, high temperature, corrosive and firm texture, the corresponding special durable raw material rubber pipe joints should be used, and shall not blindly follow the trend or common.
2 . The flange connecting the rubber pipe joint should be flange or flange conforming to the requirements of GB/T915.1(RF).
3 . When the pipeline material is strong acid, strong alkali, oil, high temperature, etc., the automobile blocking connector should be used higher than the pipeline pressure. When rubber pipeline connector is applied to water import and export trade, it should be located near the water side, and the metal material reducer connector should be installed in the middle of water and installed at the large diameter of the large and small head.
4 . When the pipeline offset is large, the number of connectors should be increased to parallel surface offset. Fixed bracket or anchor frame, the connector shall not bear the net weight and axial force of the pipe itself, otherwise the connector shall be equipped with anti-pulling equipment (its bearing capacity must exceed the axial force of the pipe).
