Working temperature: -30℃ to +100℃ (steam cleaning, higher 130℃, 30 minutes)
HF inner layer is smooth white food-grade EPDM rubber, in line with FDA requirements and GB plasticizer-free requirements, etc., it is difficult for bacteria to attach and reproduce. Soft and easy to handle, can accept regular CIP or higher 130℃ steam cleaning for 30 minutes. The outer layer of rubber is resistant to aging and wear.
Food grade rubber joints are used for liquid food, such as milk, wine, beer, fruit wine, juice, soda, vinegar and alcoholic beverages not higher than 96%. Suitable for food liquid tanker, unloading room, processing and filling workshop, but not for air compressor pipeline. Suitable for food and cosmetic machinery supporting and material conveying, etc. Not recommended for conveying fluids containing animal and vegetable oils and fats.
