What are the installation guidelines for steel expanders, do you know all of them?
Steel expansioners variable wall thickness fittings, means that the wall thickness is made to change along the length of the tube; forced vibration is generated during the grinding process, causing straight waveform corrugations to appear on the surface of the steel expansioners. Since the frequency of forced vibration is equal to the frequency of the excitation force or a multiple of it. Therefore, the steel telescope produced due to this reason is deeper and the wave distance is wider. The frequency of the steel telescope is related to the rotational speed of the grinding wheel.

Under less corrosive conditions such as steel expanders or hot water up to 100°C, there is little worry about rusting, and there is no need to worry about the phenomenon such as reduction of inner diameter or resistance in steel expanders, and water flow without blockage can be obtained. The steel expanders are cut to the required length and cleaned to remove debris in preparation for heat treatment, which is used to remove any stresses that may occur during the forming or welding process.
