Non-metallic compensator composition and installation pointsNon-metallic compensator is mainly composed of six parts: skin (ring), stainless steel wire mesh, thermal insulation cotton, thermal insulation packing layer, frame and baffle, as shown in the figure. Non-metallic compensator skin (ring belt) is mainly made of glass cloth and glass, aluminum silicate cotton coated silicone cloth, fluorine rubber cloth, PTFE, alkali-free glass cloth as the main material processed into a flexible non-metallic compensator round belt.

1 . First, the pipeline is more suitable for neutral. When there is no other guarantee method, it can be ensured by straight pipe auxiliary installation method and cutting equal length pipe and then installing the compensator. Secondly, it should be noted that the compensator does not absorb torque, so the compensator is not allowed to be twisted in the installation of the compensator.
2 . All moving parts of the pipe fiber compensator should not be stuck by external components or restrict the normal movement of its active parts Insulation should be made on the outer protective sleeve of the compensator and should not be directly on the bellows. Do not use chlorine-containing insulating materials.
3 . The bracket must meet the design requirements. It is strictly forbidden to test the pipe in the duct before installing the bracket to avoid damaging the compensator. Before installation, the type and specification of the duct fiber compensator as well as the pipe and bracket configuration must be checked to meet the design requirements.
4 . Immediately after installation of the duct system is completed, remove
Auxiliary positioning pieces and fasteners used for compensator installation and transportation protection, and adjust the limit device to the specified position according to the design requirements. During the installation process, welding slag is not allowed to spill onto the surface of the bellows, so that its corrugation is damaged by other machinery.
