Why do bendable rubber joints crack?
Bendable rubber joints are a common pipeline connection whose main function is to withstand bending and stretching of the pipeline while keeping the interface sealed. However, due to the influence of pipeline temperature, pressure, flow rate and other factors, rubber joints can crack.

There may be various reasons for cracking, the most common of which are the following:
1 . Material defects: flexural rubber joints use rubber material, which may crack due to fatigue, aging, insufficient vulcanization, etc.
2 . Improper installation: When installing rubber joints, if there are improper techniques or poor installation environment, it may also lead to cracking of rubber joints.
3 . High internal stress of pipeline: High internal stress of pipeline is also one of the causes of rubber joint cracking, which may be caused by insufficient pipeline design, improper pipeline construction and aging of pipeline.

In practical application, in order to avoid rubber joint cracking, it is necessary to choose good quality materials and install them according to the correct installation method, as well as to maintain them regularly in order to reduce the internal stress of the pipeline from being too high. In addition, during the operation of the pipeline, the use and maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations such as the equipment use manual to avoid the cracking of rubber joints.
