Hydraulic test water cleaning solution 96 chloride ion content shall not exceed 25PPM.
5 . Directly buried corrugated compensator and the bellows contact insulation material should not contain chloride ions.
6 . After the hydraulic test, the water in the wave shell should be drained as soon as possible, and quickly dry the inner surface of the wave shell.
 
Direct burial corrugated compensator is a compensator commonly used to absorb thermal deformation of direct burial pipeline. It is used for axial compensation with large compensation volume. Direct buried corrugated compensator is mainly applied to axial compensation with superb bending resistance, so the influence of pipeline settlement is not considered. Under the protection of direct buried corrugated compensator shell and guide sleeve, free expansion and contraction compensation can be realized. Other performance is the same as common corrugated compensator.
