1 . When using or storing rubber joints, avoid high temperature, ozone oil and acid and alkali environment.
2 . The pipeline used outdoors or to the sun or wind should be built with a shade frame, and storm, rain and wind turbidity are strictly prohibited.
3 . It is strictly forbidden to paint or wrap insulation materials on the surface of the joints.
4 . Due to the aging of rubber products, should be timely inspection and replacement.
5 . When the rubber joint is used for high-rise water supply or suspended water supply, the pipe should be fixed on the hanger, bracket or anchor frame, and the joint should not bear the weight of the pipe and axial force itself, otherwise the joint should be equipped with anti-disengagement device (its bearing capacity must be greater than the axial force of the pipe).
6 . The normal applicable medium of bendable rubber joints is ordinary water with the temperature of 0-60℃. For special media such as oil, acid and alkali, high temperature and other media with corrosive and hard texture, the corresponding special corrosion-resistant materials should be selected. Rubber joints cannot be blind and general.
7 . When installing rubber joints, the screw of the bolt should be extended to the outside of the joint, and the bolt on each flange end face should be tightened evenly with diagonal pressure repeatedly to prevent bias pressure. Threaded joints should be tightened evenly with a standard wrench. No force rod should be forced to slide, slide or break the joint with electricity. It should be checked regularly to avoid loosening causing dislodgement or water seepage.
