Detailed classification of rubber soft joint ball material

The ball material of rubber soft joint is made of rubber. The commonly used rubber is divided into two categories. The performance is the same as or close to natural rubber, with better physical properties and processing performance. It can be widely used in tires and other general-purpose rubber products. Rubber is called general-purpose rubber. General-purpose rubber includes: natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (polybutadienerubber, BR), isoprene rubber (polyisoprenerubber.) Rubber products with special properties are designed for heat and cold resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, radiation resistance, etc. with special properties Called special rubber. Special rubber includes: nitrile rubber (NBR), silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, polyurethane rubber, polysulfide rubber, polyacrylate rubber (UR)), epichlorohydrin rubber, chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CPE), chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), paraben rubber, etc.

In fact, there is no strict boundary between general-purpose rubber and special rubber. For example, ethylene propylene rubber has the characteristics of the above two aspects. Between general-purpose rubber and special rubber are: chloroprene rubber (CR), ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), butyl rubber (IIR)

When choosing rubber joints, you should see clearly what the main applications and media are, and then choose rubber joints of corresponding materials according to these parameters.
