Negative pressure resistant rubber joints are structurally very different from the normal rubber joint products. The negative pressure resistant rubber joints have a pressure boosting protection device to ensure that the negative pressure resistant rubber joints will not be sucked flat when they are subjected to negative pressure. The joint will not be stretched and torn in the process of use, and it can also recover well after compression deformation. The high toughness of nylon cord fabric is the guarantee of the toughness of the negative pressure resistant rubber joint.
The characteristics of negative pressure rubber joints are: negative pressure resistance, good elasticity, balance pipeline deviation, absorb vibration and noise, etc. It is mainly installed in the import and export of pumps or the import and export of pumps with large vacuum, which can effectively solve the problem of rubber joints being sucked flat.
Installation method and precautions:
The negative pressure rubber joint is installed by pressing the internal negative pressure device between the 2 flanges, and then adding a rubber gasket at the end of the sealing surface of the negative pressure device.
The negative pressure device with sealing surface is installed at the inlet end, and the one without sealing surface is at the outlet end.
When installing the negative pressure rubber joint, it is strictly forbidden to install it beyond the displacement limit.
The installation bolts should be symmetrical and gradually pressurized and torqued to prevent local leakage.  
For working pressure above 1.6MPa, the installation bolts should have elastic pressure pads to prevent the bolts from loosening during work.  
Vertical installation of the joint pipe ends should be vertically stressed support, can take anti-pull off device to prevent work under pressure pull off.  
The installation part of the rubber joint should be far away from the heat source, ozone area, forbidden strong radiation light exposure and the use of media that do not meet the requirements of the product.  
Rubber joints are strictly forbidden to cut the surface and sealing surface by sharp instruments during transportation and handling.
