The performance difference between "single sphere" and "double sphere" of rubber joints
Rubber joint is a kind of device used for pipeline connection, whose main function is to reduce pipeline vibration and noise and improve pipeline operation efficiency. The performance difference between single and double spheres of rubber joints directly affects their performance in the pipeline.

Single sphere rubber joints consist of two rubber spheres that are joined to form a joint. A single sphere rubber joint has only one interface, so its joint is susceptible to temperature and pressure, which can cause the joint to loosen or break, thus affecting its performance. In addition, since there is only one sphere, when the pipeline vibrates, the sphere of the single sphere rubber joint will make obvious noise, which affects the smooth operation of the pipeline.

Compared with single sphere rubber joints, the noise reduction performance of double sphere rubber joints has been greatly improved. The rubber spheres of double spherical rubber joints are isolated from each other, which reduces the reflection and transmission of noise in the pipeline, thus effectively reducing noise interference. At the same time, due to the use of two rubber spheres, the double sphere rubber joint can better adapt to the vibration of the pipeline and improve its smooth running performance.

To sum up, the performance difference between single-body and double-body rubber joints mainly lies in the noise reduction performance. For the smooth operation and operational efficiency of pipelines, double sphere rubber joints are more effective than single sphere rubber joints. Therefore, when choosing rubber joints, you should select suitable single or double sphere rubber joints according to the use of the pipeline and environmental requirements.
