Installation principle of C2F dismantling joint

C2F dismantling joints are suitable for conveying seawater, fresh water, hot and cold water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, air, gas, steam, and granular powder, etc., which do not have high temperature.
 
What are the precautions for C2F dismantling joints during installation.
 
1.If the position of C2F dismantling joint has been set, all the bolts of the joint shall be removed and the joint shall be put into the reserved position for reinstallation.
 
2.Take off the nuts at both ends of the flange and connect one end of the C2F dismantling joint with the disc valve or other flange.
 
3.After both flanges are evenly attached, tighten the gland nuts diagonally for sealing.
 
4.The flow direction of C2F dismantling joint should be from the short pipe flange to the body flange end.
