Transverse large tie rod bellows compensator performance characteristics.

It is composed of two bellows connected by the middle pipe and structural parts such as tie rod, end plate and spherical and tapered gaskets, etc. It mainly absorbs transverse displacement, and can also be used to compensate displacement in axial, transverse, angular direction and any direction synthesized by these three forms.
 
It is recommended to use the compound tie rod type expansion joint installed in the middle short pipe arm of the Z-shaped pipe at 90° to compensate for the axial displacement of the long pipe line at both ends.
 
The large tie rod transverse type corrugated compensator can compensate the transverse displacement of the bent pipe section and the angular displacement of a small value. The compensator is composed of receiver, two bellows and large tie rod and other parts. It can absorb the transverse displacement in any plane of the pipe system. The displacement spherical nut rotates around the spherical washer, while the tie rod also has the ability to withstand internal pressure thrust.
