4 . After the waterproof casing is completed, anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out inside and outside. When anti-corrosion, first brush anti-rust paint twice, and then brush anti-corrosion asphalt paint.
5 . When trying to penetrate the pipe, waterproof casing try to make the pipe concentric with the casing. Since the casing has an outward slope, the pipe can be leveled and fixed according to the principle of concentric internal and slightly deviated externally when installing and fixing the pipe.
6 . After the pipe is fixed, the gap between the casing and the pipe can be plugged with polyurethane foam on site. Pay attention to foam plugging, polyurethane foam polystyrene should fully fill the gap, there should be no intermittent and broken teeth phenomenon, foam rubber should be embedded in the wall 15 ~ 20 mm. after installing the concave part and complete the anti-corrosion treatment, use asphalt or plastic waterproof grease to fill the wall to the wall, and then cover the polyurethane waterproof coating twice within 150 mm around the casing.
7 . When painting the wall or applying waterproof screed, rigid waterproof casing take care not to cover the filling area of asphalt or plastic slurry with plaster layer, do not let the plaster layer contact with the pipe, still fill with asphalt. If the wall needs to be waterproofed, the waterproofing layer of that part can be made together with the large wall surface.
8 . If the waterproofing requirement of the underground wall is brick masonry, the wall bushing cannot be embedded directly into the wall, and the masonry is embedded with C20 fine stone concrete of 20mm thickness.
