Overview

Single Flange Dismantling Joints are used to connect Flange on the one side and weld pipe on the other，modulate the product＇s length in between.Screw down bolts after installation to integrate the structure and guarantee a ceitain shift which will facilitate the adjustment of size while installation.It can turn the axial thrust on the whole pipe.

Single Flange Dismantling Joints are particularly suitable for simplifying the installation and removal of isolation valves,control valves,check valves,non-return valves, flow metering valves, pump sets,pressure reducing valves,flanged pipe fittings.The simplicity and versatility of the fittings make them suitable for many applications including pumping stations,water treatment works, sewage treatment works, plant rooms, meter chambers, power generation equipment, gas distribution stations.

 During the installation, adjust the installation length to the pipe and flange on the both sides, screw the bolts firmly one by one, weld the short pipes with the pipe, and then adjust the limited nut. This method makes it possible for the pipe to expand and contrast freely within the allowable range of the expansion joint. It also can secure the safe operation.
