Overview
Las juntas de dilatación de PTFE presentan una baja rigidez, lo que genera muy bajas fuerzas de reacción sobre las tuberías adyacentes, boquillas, estructuras y equipos. Son ideales para sistemas de tuberías no metálicas, como PRFV (FRP), tuberías revestidas de vidrio, revestidas de PTFE, Kynar y otros materiales resistentes a la corrosión.
Esta junta de dilatación combina las propiedades del metal y el PTFE, convirtiéndose en la solución más avanzada para sistemas de tuberías de alta corrosividad. Su rango de temperatura de diseño normal va desde -300 °F hasta +400 °F. En condiciones de emergencia, mantiene su capacidad de soporte de presión hasta los 1200 °F, el tiempo suficiente para el apagado del sistema y su sustitución.

- 1.In addition to the main fixed brackets, three guide brackets shall be installed between each pair of fixed brackets.
- 2.Suitable for overhead pipelines, buried pipelines and direct burial installation. When directly buried, the compensator shall be installed with an inspection well or maintenance chamber.
- 3.Designed for axial compensation, featuring large compensation capacity, excellent self-aligning performance and strong bending resistance.
- 4.Economy & practicability:Compared with mechanical expansion and material damping systems, this product occupies less space, features light weight, easy assembly and disassembly, saves labor and reduces overall cost.Its smooth inner wall reduces fluid resistance. It provides excellent water tightness, requiring no additional gaskets during installation.It boasts wide applicability, wide temperature resistance range and long service life.
