Concealed rod hard seal gate valve

Overview

Gate valve is a full bore valve. Thanks to the metal seat, those valves are able to respond to specific operating conditions (high pressure, high temperatures). Its production is varied (cast iron, steel, stainless steel, duplex, etc.), it can therefore be used for numerous applications like the service industry and the chemical and oil industries.
 

Features

1 . Fixed, integral wedge nut prevents vibration and ensures durability.
2 . Large conical stem hole in the wedge prevents stagnant water.
3 . Stainless steel stem with wedge stop and rolled threads for high strength.
4 . Countersunk and sealed stainless steel bonnet bolts encircled by the bonnet gasket.
5 . Full circle thrust collar provides fixation of the stem and low free running torques.
