Overview

Clamp Flexible Rubber Joint is flexible coupling of metal pipe, composed by inner layer,Nylon cord fabric enhanced, outer layer composite rubber ball and metal flange. Working pressure is higher than ordinary flexible rubber joint. The product has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good flexibility, big displacement, balance pipe deviation, absorb vibration, reduce noise, convenient for installation.

Clamp flexible rubber joint is composed of inner layer, polyamide fiber cord fabric, outer layer rubber and lapped joint flange, it have many advantage such as high temperature and pressure resistance, high-flexibility reduce structural noise strong shock absorption and easy installation, extensively used in the water supply, drainage cyclic water air conditioning paper making petroleum chemical industry, pump and duct fan pipeline system.

The expansion joint pipe manufacture is manufactured through welding or metal casting, and the loosing part is sealed by echelon ring rubber. Operated by gland and bolt and based on the principle of rubber’s elastic deformation under pressure, the seal ring will be deformed and static seal will be done between joint body and expansion pipe wall.

4.If use overhead, can match with elastic support, when installation, bolt with diagonal method to tighten up.

5. If pipeline pressure is high, use bolt connect the flange both ends.
