Overview

The KDF-F flanged rubber flexible joint is an improved version of the KXT single-ball rubber joint, designed to accommodate greater displacement and pressure according to user requirements. More importantly, it addresses the issue of rubber joints detaching under excessive pressure. The improved large flanged rubber joint has a sealing surface that aligns with the outer diameter of the butt-welded flange, and the sealing surface also features drilled holes. This fully integrates the rubber joint with the pipeline, enhancing the stability of pipeline operations.

It is a high-elasticity, high-airtightness, medium-resistant, and weather-resistant pipeline joint. It features high internal density, can withstand higher pressures, and exhibits excellent elastic deformation performance.

Rubber flexible joints are composed of fabric-reinforced rubber components and loose-fitting metal flanges, used for vibration reduction, noise reduction, and compensation of displacement in pipelines. Strict adherence to standards and raw material quality requirements is enforced to eliminate any shortcuts in production. The raw materials for the product must not only be new but also of the highest grade. Rubber joints are also known as flexible rubber joints, pipeline vibration dampers, vibration-proof hoses, and flexible connectors, among other names.

Features

Due to its excellent comprehensive performance, the rubber joint is widely used in chemical, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire protection, and power engineering projects, particularly suitable for pipelines subject to significant vibration and frequent temperature changes.

Manufactured using a new air-blown mold process, the product consists of a spherical body composed of inner rubber layers, reinforcing layers, middle rubber layers, and outer rubber layers, combined with loose-fitting forged low-carbon steel flanges. It features high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement capacity, excellent vibration absorption and noise reduction effects, and easy installation. It can be widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire protection, compressors, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, shipping, pumps, fans, and other pipeline systems.

Generally, other GB, JB, HG, CB, ANSI, DIN, BSEN, NF, EN, JIS, flanges are also available upon request. Material of rubber body can be NR natural rubber, EPDM, Neoprene, IIR butyl rubber, NBR Buna-N, FKM, etc.
2.When rubber joints size above DN200 are used for overhead water supply system, the pipes must be equipped with fixed supports or fixed brackets, otherwise control units shall be installed on rubber joints.
3.Matching flanges of rubber joints shall be valve flanges .
