Overview

Rubber Cutting Vibration Isolators are specifically designed to give high load capacity with relatively large static deflections and are compact in weight and easy to install. Normally, cone mountings are assembled with overload and rebound washers to control and limit movement of the mounted equipment under vehicle stop /start, torque reaction, braking forces, marine seaway motion and shock forces etc.

Applications Include: Mobile generator sets, Vehicle cab mountings,Vehicle body suspensions, Off road vehicle applications, Prime power units, Marine engine and gearboxes.

Used in water pump,compressor,the ventilator,generators,the refrigerator,precision instrument,the central air conditioning etc power machinery equipment for vibration isolation and noise reduction.

Features

Rubber Cutting Vibration Isolator  is comprised by internal and external steel sleeves and synthetic rubber,it has larger distortion range and lower natural frequency. The range of working temperature: -5℃～+60℃     Damping ratio: C/Cc≥0.07.
