Overview

Flexible sleeve expansion joint provides great convenience for water supply pipeline,water tower,water pump,water meter and valve to install and detach.It also can compensate the expansion or contraction caused by temperature change.

The material of the inner the product includes cast iron(HT),ductile cast iron(QT), Carbon steel(Q235),and stainless steel(304,316).

Features

RS Flexible Sleeve  Expansion joint can produce deflection which can be up to 5.85D
The number in the table are ones under the condition that there is no deflection
The expansion joints are sealed by rubber rings and they can’t withstand the axial tension themselves. Generally, they are installed on the Straight Pipeline. If they are installed near bent pipes or T-tubes, buttresses are needed to prevent them from leaking
Single-plate Short Pipes can be substituted by casting iron straight pipes
